Zalando officially launches in Luxembourg
This morning (07 May, 2025 for people coming from the future) , was the launch of Zalando’s brand-new app and website designed just for Luxembourg — and it’s a welcome upgrade.
Until now, Zalando was available only via the Belgian version, but the new local platform brings a more tailored experience:
• A trilingual interface (English, French, German)
• Access to Zalando Plus
• Local pick-up points
• And content adapted to our climate and style here in Lux.
Fabio Baum, Zalando’s GM for Benelux and the Nordics, shared that we are getting the best version of Zalando — and not just a copy-paste from neighbouring markets.
The launch also comes with a locally produced campaign, alongside their international spring/summer ads featuring Sarah Jessica Parker and Mahmood. And yes, you’ll spot familiar Luxembourg landmarks in the pictures like Philharmonie, streets in the city center and a stylish public transport.
AND!!!!!! Zalando plans to collaborate with local creatives and brands — and Luxembourgish might soon be part of the mix.

The event happened at Valerius Gallery, such a great and convenient location in the city center, Tassé had their amazing coffee station (Love this concept) and The Supper Club Antwerp was in charge of putting together this lovely morning.
