MUV : How I Swapped Snoozing for pilates & self-care

Sunday mornings usually find me negotiating with my alarm clock, like it's some high-stakes hostage situation.
But , this weekend, I made it out the door to the second edition of Pilates & Selfcare by @we.muv, and honestly, it was the best decision!

We kicked off with a 90-minute Pilates class led by the ever-graceful @alishaleyder, who made trembling planks and shaky warrior poses feel strangely elegant.

After that, we leaned into full glow-up mode with a facial massage workshop by J'adore Bio, where I learned you can literally tap your face into looking like a better version of yourself.

Then a Creativity Workshop by Santo Pepe — a much-needed reminder that movement and selfcare aren’t just about the body, but about unlocking what’s going on upstairs too.

And because selfcare without food is basically just punishment, we wrapped things up with delicious, wholesome brunch from Glow Food — the kind of vegan food that makes you feel smugly virtuous and genuinely full.

There’s something magical about a room full of strangers who all decided that spending a Sunday morning working on themselves.

I left feeling lighter, brighter, and only mildly convinced I might have turned into one of those enviably serene people you see sipping green juice after Pilates.

10/10!
